What data this report and the study use, why, where it goes, and how you can change your mind at any time.

Who is responsible

If you took part in the study

To produce this report I use the transcript of our interview, my notes, and public information from your professional profile, such as your location, years of coaching, credentials and previous career.

You can ask me at any time to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to remove a quote or your interview from the study.

Who sees your data

Only me, the services named above for the part they handle, and the freelancers who help me produce the case studies (a copywriter and an assistant), for what that work needs. I never sell or rent your data.

Some of these services are based in the United States (Substack, Vercel, and the companies behind Google Fonts). They rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or limit its use, to receive it in a usable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sebastien@syntoria.co. I reply within one month.

If you think your data is not handled properly, you can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
